President Muhammadu Buhari has selected Bakut Tswah Bakut as the Director-General of the Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR).
The arrangement, as per an announcement on Friday by the Resident Information Officer, IPCR, Abu Michael, was passed on in a letter with reference: SGF.6/S.7/T/187, marked by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha.
As per Abu, the SGF’s letter to Bakut read: “I am satisfied to illuminate you that Muhammadu Buhari, President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, has affirmed your arrangement as Director-General of the Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution for an underlying term of four (4) years as per Section 9 (3) (an) of the IPCR (Establishment) Act, 2007.”
