Herbalist in EFCC net for impersonating Femi Adesina, GMD NNPC
The Ilorin Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has captured a 31-year-old Islamic researcher/botanist, Jamiu Isiaka, for mimicking the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr Maikanti Baru and the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina among other conspicuous natives.
The suspect, with other people who are still everywhere, supposedly utilized names of senior government authorities to trick a South Korean national, Keun Sig Kim, under the affection of getting him a permit at the NNPC to empower him to buy an organization.

The solicitor had paid over N30 million into the presume’s record as a charge for the NNPC permit.
As indicated by him: “I exchanged USD 4, 285, (and) 71 pennies just to the United Bank of Africa (UBA) account number 2107575870 for the sake of one Jamiu Isiaka, a partner of Mr. Shola Adeshina.
