What Atiku Said about academic qualifications of Buhari’s

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential competitor, Atiku Abubakar, has said President Muhammadu Buhari must confess about his academic capabilities.

The PDP and Atiku said in the appeal recorded at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) because of Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) guarantee that the former VP was not fit the bill to keep running for president.

In the answer recorded by Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), the PDP and Atiku contended that having neglected to join the accreditations to the Form CF001, which he submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Buhari lied that his testaments were with the Nigerian Army.

They tested Buhari, the officeholder President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, to guide the Nigerian Army to make his accreditations open, assuming in reality, they exist.

Their reaction read: “In further response to section 381(iv) of the second respondent’s answer, affirm that the applicants have no learning of any declarations or asserted capabilities issued to the second respondent (Buhari), however, battle that second respondent dishonestly spoke to that his endorsements are in the guardianship of the Nigerian Army when the second respondent, by his confirmation, is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria.

“In further reaction to Paragraph 381(iv) of the second respondent’s answer, the applicants assert that the second respondent as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria could without much of a stretch request the Army Secretary to create the endorsements supposedly submitted on the off chance that they exist.

“In opposition to section 381(i-iv) of the second respondent’s answer, the applicants assert that the second respondent does not group the instructive capability he professed to have in his INEC Form CF001 submitted to the first respondent (INEC) having not been appended as required.

“In answer to the passage 383 of the second respondent’s response, the candidates affirm that the first solicitor (Atiku) is famously met all requirements to challenge decision for the workplace of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and had to be sure connected proof of his instructive capabilities to his INEC Form CF001 submitted to the first respondent, in contrast to the second respondent (Buhari) who did not join evidence of the skills he guaranteed in his INEC Form CF001 in light of the fact that he doesn’t have them as he dishonestly asserted.

“The implied preparing and courses” which Buhari had guaranteed put him “head and shoulders” above Atiku concerning the instructive capability to challenge the presidential decision, “did not finish in the issuance of any testaments he asserted in his INEC Form CF001.”
