Senator Melaye guaranteed that Adeyemi was using a wrong individual at the council and requested that the court expel the application requiring the wiping out of his decision.

He stated: “Pay heed first Respondent (Melaye) will previously or at the becoming aware of the Petition, ask this honorable Tribunal by method for primer complaint try to expel or strike out the Petition for being inept along these lines denying the Tribunal of the locale to engage same.
